Our Family Vacation to Spain

Wayne Steffen did a FANTASTIC job organizing our trip to Spain. He has great communication skills and replies quickly to my questions, so I always knew what my options were. He took care of everything. The hotels he arranged for us were in great locations and what a relief that he handled all our rail, bus, airline flights, and tours in Spain. He even left a welcome basket of fruit in our hotel room when we got to Spain. It's the little things that make a difference and Wayne covers everything. This was the third trip that he has done for me, and I will definitely use Wayne again when I travel.

It was great, Wayne was very patient with us. He took care of everything. the Room was okay, the beds were not ideal for 3 but we made it work. the view from the room was amazing. the food was okay. overall it was a great experience. definitely would use Mr. Wayne Steffen again.

Had a great trip to the Australian Open

Wayne had done a fantastic job setting up our Italy trip in 2017, so of course we went back to him for our trip to Australia in 2020. He did a draft itinerary, reviewed it with us and then updated it based upon our comments. We were too busy to do much planning ourselves so we pushed everything onto Wayne and he made everything work. Our accommodations were perfectly located in the different cities and he made all flight arrangements within Australia including shuttle service from the airport to our hotel and back to the airport. This was was extremely helpful as we did a lot of traveling while in Australia. Wayne helped us on ideas of what to do and made arrangements for those activities that we definitely wanted to do. When we travel again, we will definitely contact Wayne Steffen.
