My tenure as the Regional Manager for a major Caribbean wholesaler at Cavalcade Tours offered me in-depth insights into the workings of a regional travel market, while my role at American Express Travel Service evolved from being a Representative to owning an Agency - an immensely rewarding experience that polished my entrepreneurial spirit.

My stint as a Disney Vacation Planner with the Walt Disney Travel Company allowed me to specialize in creating magical experiences, and the Customer Service certification from American Airlines further strengthened my commitment to delivering superior customer experience.

Finally, managing corporate travel for Harvard University presented me with the opportunity to shape and implement travel policies at one of the most globally revered institutions.
