I love my job. I love to travel, explore, and share my experiences with my clients. I love to hear my clients' travel experiences too. I have vacationed in Hawaii numerous different times. I have visited France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Caribbean, Amsterdam, Turkey and Cyprus on land and by cruise. I have worked as a travel agent for over 13 years. Prior to this I had sales jobs that would have contests where a vacation or travel experience was the prize. My first cruise was an incentive for top sales. To date, I have cruised on 33 different cruises from 1994-2024. I am scheduled to cruise on the new Italian flair addition to Carnival in LA, the Firenze, in May of 2024. I also have a European adventure this summer which includes London, Barcelona, Cannes, Livorno and Rome. I aim to meet or exceed my clients expectations. I treat my clients travel as if it were my own vacation. I also generate most of my business from referrals. Friends tell friends about me and so on. Working with families and groups is one of my specialties. Whether a cruise or land vacation groups make for fun and exciting travel especially, for milestone celebrations. I work with many other travel industry professionals to always be on top of the latest travel trends.

Unexpected But Beautiful Trip To Cancun!

my husband and i have been booking with Rosa for a couple years now, and it has been the smoothest traveling for us. For our most recent trip, we had booked a Maui trip, but because of the unfortunate fires starting just a few days before our departure date, we felt it best to cancel the trip. Rosa absolutely took care of us, getting travel credit for all of our purchases and she even went above and beyond to find us a beautiful all inclusive resort stay in Cancun. Needless to say we will be continuing to book with Rosa for our future trips!

She has always put together travel packages for our family that are affordable, and most importantly nice places to stay. She makes you feel like it’s important to her for you to have a good time!! When you try and arrange travel on your own to save a few bucks you take a chance of staying at a resort that’s not up to your standards But with Rosa, she will never send you to a resort that isn’t really nice!!! And having experience the bad resorts, I will always use Rosa at Etiwanda Travels for my travels

When dealing with this individual, I did not find her helpful. She told me they would do price matching if I found a lower price and provided information detail. I did this, however was not given the matching price. When I asked if she could match the price, I was told, "No, I can't." no explanation was given.
Also, was not asked what seats were preferred for flights. She just assigned middle seat without asking if I preferred window or aisle or middle.
I was not impressed by her service and will not be using her again.

My husband and I had our entire Honeymoon planned by Rosa. We spent two weeks in Hawaii (Maui and Oahu). It was such a nice feeling to know everything was ready for us, our flight, our rooms, our rental cars, and our excursions. She laid everything out for us and it was so easy to follow. It was our first time there, so we met with her to discuss what we wanted to do, within our budget. It was great! I will definitely plan every upcoming trip, big or small, through Rosa. She makes traveling worry-free and the confidence we have knowing that everything is covered is such a great feeling.
