Title: Off the beaten path journeys

The motto, “Love what you do and do what you love,” has inspired my 15-year career as a travel agent. I find travel to be one of life’s greatest pleasures, and I’m committed to helping my clients discover the same joy on trips of their own.

I love journeying “off the beaten path,” and encourage clients to look beyond big cities for a truly authentic experience. I also make every effort to go on hotel inspections during my personal travels in order to offer my clients the most unique and informed options. I am a certified specialist in many destinations, including Costa Rica, Hawaii, Mexico, Tahiti and several others.

While my trips have taken me all over the world, Bhutan remains near and dear to my heart: it’s a magical country with wonderful people and interesting culture. 

Other highlights have included a kayak expedition along the coast of Vancouver Island, along with extensive travel throughout Costa Rica, Belize, the Hawaiian islands, Mexico and Europe. I’ve also sailed on several different cruise lines to Alaska and the Caribbean. Yes, indeed I love it all.

After working in IT for a high tech company for many years, I decided to follow my passion and transform my love of travel into a career. I began working at an agency following graduation from a local travel program. Seven years later I branched out on my own and I haven’t looked back since. While I’ve lived in both Rhode Island and California, I currently reside and work in the coastal town of Grayland, Washington while building a new home in Sequim,WA.
