We referred to Aaron from a family member he had booked for before and I am so glad Aaron was so great to work with he helped us plan our first trip out of the USA for a 50th bday celebration. If you want a top-notch travel agent, I highly recommend Aaron Groves. What started as a basic Google search for a new travel agent has ended in a permanent travel agent for all future trips. What I appreciated most about Aaron was that he was respectful of our budget, he responded very quickly to all calls and emails, he gave multiple destinations and resort options that met our vacation "Wish List," and he communicated with us regularly to where we rarely had any questions because he was so thorough in giving us information and arranging anything we may have needed. So grateful to have Aaron to work with! My spouse, myself, plus 2 other couples were planning a pretty spontaneous beach vacation. I tried to figure out how to book everything independently, and it just got too complicated. I reached out to Aaron and within a week Aaron had booked a trip for the 6 of us to an all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana! He was able to get us upgraded, club, rooms for the same price that I found for the regular ones, find convenient air travel, book our transportation to and from the resort, as well as purchase travel insurance. He also checked in last the trip got closer to make sure we had filled out all of the required information for traveling to the DR, and helped when I panicked because I couldn't find our reservation on the resort website (user error!). After we returned, he followed up with me about our trip and made some notes for planning our next one! Aaron is the Best!

Aaron has been my travel agent since 2006 when he helped me plan my first family vacation to Disney. Since then we have traveled every year to a lot of different destinations in and out of the United Stated and Aaron has helped me plan every part of my trips from deciding on where to go, to the best flight for my family of 5, and deciding what excursions are available for us to do while we are there. There When You Need Him the Most

I connected with Aaron in August 2001 when he worked at New Horizons in Fort Collins, CO. When he decided to move to Ankeny, IA to open up a New Horizon Agency there I was devastated as I thought I would have to find a new travel agent. My angst was for naught as he has served us with the same dedication from there as he did when he was the same city as us. For the last 15 years Aaron has planned all of our trips and upon our recommendation many family and friends trips as well. He has helped us with an Alaskan Cruise, Caribbean Cruises, all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, the Bahamas, Aruba, the Dominican Republic, and Antigua, along with trips to Hawaii and Tahiti. In addition to the big trips he was there for me when I was flying to ND from CO when my Mom had a stroke. While I was on the flight they had air ambulanced my Mom to Minneapolis so upon landing in Bismarck, ND and then driving the two hour trip to Minot, ND Aaron was on the phone with me getting flights and a hotel for my Dad, my brother and I in Minneapolis. He made a very stressful time so much easier to bear! His professionalism is unsurpassed. I am very particular when it comes to customer service and the fact that we have been with Aaron for 15 years speaks volumes. Our next adventure is scheduled for Grenada in November of this year and I have no doubt that it will be perfect as Aaron is in charge!

My wife and I had an amazing honeymoon in Jamaica, and Aaron is definitely to thank for making it so special. Aaron was a pleasure to work with in planning our trip to Jamaica. He gave us options on where to stay and talked with us to find out which resort would be the best fit for us. Aaron always answered our questions in a timely manner and provided personal experience suggestions to ease our mind on our first international trip. A winter storm was forecasted for the day we were supposed to fly out of Des Moines. The airline put out a travel alert due to severe weather which waived any change fees. Aaron was able to get our flights changed to a day earlier than anticipated and we did not have to worry if our flight out of Des Moines would get delayed/cancelled. We flew to Philadelphia and Aaron went above and beyond in reserving us a hotel room for when we arrived that night. We flew to Jamaica the next day and had an amazing time while we were there. We would highly recommend working with Aaron as a travel agent and will use his traveling expertise for any future trips we take.

Aaron is so easy to work with! He always has good suggestions for vacation destinations. We booked a trip to a resort in Mexico he recommended and we were excited. Aaron gave the option of vacation insurance which I normally don't purchase but this time I did. Good thing too - hours before our trip the stomach bug struck and we had to cancel the trip 90 minutes before scheduled to leave. What a bummer! Anyway, Aaron reached out on a Sunday to give some guidance on vacation insurance options. Two days later we had rescheduled another destination for just a few weeks later. Long story short - Aaron provided awesome service not only in the scheduling of our trip but in the re-scheduling as well. I highly recommend calling Aaron for your next vacation!

He did a great job setting up our honeymoon. Everything was perfect and we did not have to worry about a thing. Aaron was sure to get us everything we wanted for our honeymoon. We will definitely be using his service again for future trips.

Great Holiday Family Trip

We had an excellent experience with Aaron. He was able to coordinate a family friendly trip for our Thanksgiving vacation. He found a destination that met our needs and budget and thought of all the extras for us, such as access to a private concierge, round trip airport travel, and dinner reservations for our first full day at the resort. He also made sure that our large group of 10 had seats next to each other on the plane.
