My passion for travel and the impact it can have in our lives brought me to this amazing path! My dad is a Geography professor and my mom is a History teacher and from a young age I was exposed to international cultures and how traveling can impact your vision and understanding of this big world that surrounds us. I am originally from Brazil, I am fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English. I came to the United States sponsored by The Rotary Foundation to participate in a professional exchange. During this exchange I met a Rotarian that is my beloved husband since 2005, and we have 2 girls. We love to travel as a family. It is our way to escape from the routine that helps our girls thrive. We are big Disney and Universal fans, but we also truly enjoy exposing our girls to different destinations with different flavors and cultures! As a Travel Agent I will combine all my personal experience with international travel, airports, traveling with young kids, countless trips to Disney World, Universal, cruises and Brazil, exposure to different cultures and languages; and the amazing training provided by my host agency Magical Moments Vacations and suppliers, to bring you the best experience that will turn into memories that you and your family will cherish forever! Absolutely satisfied with the ease of a last minute pit stop at Universal. Luciana is extremely knowledgeable no matter what park or resort you plan to visit she is honestly the best person to ask questions to! We wanted to make a pit stop in Orlando on our way back from Miami. Even though it was so close to the date planned she was still able to make sure we got the best quote and had it planned out in a day. Not only did we get the best deal, she also gave me expectations and recommendations for the park so we knew just what to expect when we arrived! We also got to get in the park an hour early! I've worked with other travel agents and I must say this was a completely different experience! She was with us through every step and made everything as stress free as possible. She reminded us of things along the way, that she couldn't do for us. She even provided us with a folder with every document we might need (except for our own identification) it felt like all we had to do was step on the ship! She provided us with lanyards for our sea cards, packing lists, luggage tags. I will never go with anyone else!!! Not to mention she is the kindest person, but also honest!

Another wonderful trip planned by Luciana.I needed to change the dates in the middle of planning and then needed to shorten the trip- Luciana never blinked an eye and still got us a great discount.
Every detail was thought of - even when to check out of the hotel and when to leave for the airport.
I've always planned all our trips and having Luciana do the planning is a vacation in itself.

We decided that we wanted to go to Argentina for our honeymoon and a friend put us in contact with Luciana. She hooked us up with a great program that took us to Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls, and Rio de Janeiro. I had about a million questions as we went through the planning process and Luciana promptly answered everyone of them. If she did not know the answer she reached out to someone who did and got back with us. Before we left she confirmed and double checked all of our reservations. She also sent us a beautifully done itinerary and small gift pack of all of the essentials we would need. While we were in country she made sure to make herself available in case we needed anything.
We had so much fun on our honeymoon and that was largely due to the work and help that Luciana provided us with! I would highly recommend anyone thinking about working with Luciana to book with her, especially for South American travels!

Best Honeymoon

Luciana was amazing to work with through this process.I planned my honeymoon with her and I’m so thrilled I did. My husband and I were not sure exactly what a honeymoon would look like trying to plan during a time with so many travel restrictions. However, Luciana took great care and paid close attention to details for all of our traveling. She cared about our trip and took excellent measures to make sure everything was taken care of from plane tickets, to van rides, to making sure we had an amazing resort with everything included.
