I caught the travel bug in 1998. This was the year I booked my very first cruise. It was a seven day Caribbean cruise out of Miami, Florida. My travel companion bowed out at the last minute and I ended up going alone. It turned out to be one of my best experiences. Since that trip, I have traveled many times solo. I tell people the benefit of solo travel is you only have yourself to please. The key is to keep safe by booking group excursions. You meet interesting people and make new connections. 

I like seeking new adventures and meeting new and interesting people. A lot of my travels have centered around my love for music. I like jazz festivals and book annual trips to attend them. Some of my favorites have been in Las Vegas, New Orleans, Arizona, and Catalina Island, to name a few.

Although I have enjoyed solo travel, nothing is more fun than traveling with a group of fun people. For over 20 years I have traveled with a group of women that I grew up with and attended school with. We have annual trips to: Lake Tahoe (Winter), and Bodega Bay (Fall); We also have traveled internationally, to Spain, Greece, Dominican Republic, and the Caribbean Islands. 

In 2017, I traveled to South Africa for the first time and loved it. I am expanding my travel specialty to include Africa. Asia is also an area of interest.

Recently, I did my ancestry search and I'm going to use those results to expand my travel adventures in the USA and beyond.  There's nothing more exciting than traveling and I will do my best to help you create memories of a lifetime.
