Victoria always replies promptly with any requests, is very knowledgeable of the places we want to visit and always does it cheerfully. Our cruise was cut short by the Corona Virus. Victoria kept in touch with us almost hourly until we got safely home.

Working with Catherine Snarr was, from start to finish, a delightul experience! Catherine was extremely attentive to every detail throughout the entire process. She went out of her way to communicate throughout the entire process of planning a 10 day trip over the Holiday Season, on relatively short notice. She was highly sensitive to our recent family loss of our husband/father, and made every effort to make this important trip a very special one for me and my children. She was available and highly knowledgeable about the range of cruise lines and itineraries .
