I've been a Travel Advisor with Travelmation, LLC for over 5 years now. It started for me as a "side hustle" and has taken off! I entered the travel world as a "Disney Guy"; friends, family, and co workers would approach me for Walt Disney World planning, advice, tips and tricks. I decided I could help a larger group by becoming an advisor.
I assumed I would only book Disney Destinations, but my book of business has grown into something else entirely. My niche is cruises and all-inclusives at the moment, but I'm excited to see my business' trajectory. I've booked everything from domestic weekend getaways to tours of Europe. I enjoy the challenge of booking something new and learning about a destination. I'm always honest with my clients, "I've never booked ________, but I'm up for the challenge if you're willing to be patient with me and work with me."
I'm a Travelmation Top Producer, as well as Groups Certified and Luxury Certified with the company. When I'm not quoting and booking, I'm expanding my knowledge and certifications with the vendors that I work with.
Just recently, my wife Heather joined Travelmation, and we have formed "Team Goodrich Travel". I'm really excited to have my life partner also be my business partner! Amazing Family Reunion!

Nate is very responsive to requests. He seems to really enjoy his work, and that shows in his attitude toward his clients and the companies. If I ever needed anything, Nate was there. This was very comforting when planning a cruise for 32 people.

Honeymoon during Covid!

My honeymoon was such a seamless experience working with Nate! I had to change my honeymoon because of Covid and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. He even educated me on how to work with the airlines to get my ticket changed that I booked on my own. He is truly great to work with!

Dream 1st Disney Trip

Best trip ever!!!

Nate was super excited to book our cruise. Very knowledgeable and eager to answer all of my many questions. He even checked on us prior to boarding the cruise and even post cruise to see how everything went. I was quite anxious to travel alone with my kids but he put my mind at ease. Nate was wonderful! We booked one set of rooms then decided to move from a Central Park balcony to an ocean view balcony! He made sure our small group was together and followed up with allergy needs, bedding requests! He took away the stress of having to call Royal Caribbean ourselves and made all the calls for us! First time cruising

We just got back from our first family cruise, such a great trip! Nate was readily available each step of the way to answer our questions and offer amazing cruising tips. He even recommended things I would have never thought of or even found on Pinterest, which was greatly appreciated and super useful. Being a first time cruiser, I had many questions and concerns. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. He checked in multiple times prior to our set sail date to see if we had any questions and to make sure we were aware of the boarding process etc. We had a great time and thanks to his help it was one of the most relaxing/stress free vacations we’ve taken from start to finish! I will definitely use Nate for all future travel needs and highly recommend that you do as well!!

I contacted Nate because I had an idea for a vacation but I wasn't sure how to move forward. Within a few days I had an email with multiple options, including a variety of prices. I really like that at no point did I feel like I was being directed into the most expensive options, which has happened to me before with other travel agents. I also liked that Nate added bits of information, for example trip A was less expensive than trip B because of the hotel location and amenities, not overall quality. Just before my trip, Nate checked in and even included a "tip sheet" since he had been to Universal Orlando before, and that was incredibly helpful. The day before my trip (Easter Sunday!) I had to make a last minute change. One text to Nate, and it was handled. That is service you cannot get from DYI online booking, and the fact that it was a holiday and Nate still responded quickly and resolved it was such a relief! I absolutely recommend Nate!

Fabulous Family Vacation!

Family fun trip

Top notch, he is an expert an all things travel related and if you stump him he is happy to figure out what you need. He is quick to reply to messages and does a wonderful job of treating your vacation as his top priority. We took a family of 5 to Disney and enjoyed ourselves because all the logistics had already been worked out. Truly the trip of a lifetime.
