Andrea was incredibly helpful with planning our anniversary trip to Jamaica. We had the most fantastic week away because she made sure we had the most luxurious accommodations at the best price for our budget. Even when a little hiccup happened with one of our excursions, she took care of everything while we were away. And she made sure to reach out and let us know when the Covid restrictions were lifted, so we wouldn’t have to worry about that! Amazing service- she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We can’t wait to plan our next trip with her!

Easy to work with and able to nail every wish we wanted in our vacation. Being able to pay in increments and not having to dish out all of the money at once was a huge help to our budget and allowed us to free up spending money for the vacation.

Andrea has been assisting our family for about a decade or so. She is so attentive to details and leaves no stone unturned. She makes the traveling process effortless. Our first trip planned through her was to Disney. I loathe Disney planning because of all the intricate details such as fast passes, extra hours, meal reservations, shows, etc. It totally stresses me out. Andrea not only planned it all, she mailed us laminated lanyards with the entire itinerary listed day to day. There was no question on where we were supposed to be and when. It was such a blessing and took all of the stress out of the week.

Andrea has done it again! We returned from our 2nd Disney Christmas trip planned by Andrea, and it was again, so magical! She does it all, from park reservations, resort reservations- and later changes- adding another member to our party, reserving strollers/car seats, and transfers. We could not travel as a party of 9- including 2 under 18 months- without Andrea & Abby, too!

This trip experience was beyond my expectations I’m every way. I felt completely prepared for everything based on the information provided by Andrea. We had a potential passport issue prior to our trip and while it was resolved prior to the trip Andrea had a solution for that. It was an amazing experience overall and Andrea has been voted our new travel agent for any trip we plan going forward. It was my cousins birthday and her first cruise and she had the BEST time! Every step of the way from start to finish Andrea was available and responded promptly often giving us the heads up on things we had not considered. We will be booking again really soon.
