Because Protravel has power and clout in the travel industry, I am able to provide special valuable amenities to my clients (such as resort credits, VIP perks and waived fees) and quickly troubleshoot any issues that may arise. If there is only one upgradable room available at a hotel or resort, my clients are going to get it. For example, I had a family traveling in Costa Rica and the small hotel they were scheduled to stay at had a problems and the land operator I arranged for them switched them seamlessly to a two-bedroom suite at ultra-luxe The Four Seasons Costa Rica. He called it the “upgrade of a lifetime” and is now a client for life.
