Life is about the memories that you create with people you love. My fondest memories as a child and as an adult have been on family vacations. It is this very reason why I became a travel agent. I love creating life long memories for my clients. I have traveled to Walt Disney World over 30 times, have cruised on 5 Disney cruises as well as several other cruise lines, and experienced 1 Adventures by Disney adventure. I have visited Universal Studios, Disneyland, Sandals and many other fabulous destinations. I have fantastic memories from each and every trip that I have taken.

When I help my clients with their vacations, I get to know them and I personalize the trip to their family. I always treat their trip as if it were my own. I have many repeat clients who book with me, trip after trip, because of the tremendous service I provide. I look forward to helping you create life long memories with your family!!

Michelle was so informative on every detail from start to finish! She helped us so much in making big decisions whether it be the hotel we chose, dinner reservations, popular shows or events we needed to experience, meal plan advice, fast passes, airfare, grocery delivery to hotel etc etc!!! She made our whole planning experience stress free and exciting!! She took care of EVERYTHING we needed. Even while in Disney she took care of changing a dinner reservation for us. I felt she was always accessible with any questions or concerns that could arise. We can’t wait to go back to Disney and would love to use her all over again. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so!

Michelle is always great to work with. She has booked several trips for me including Walt Disney World, Universal, and several cruises. I won't use anyone else because of her personal service. Every trip I booked was different, one adults only, one a small group and another a multi-family, multi-generational trip and each one was spot on!! She really gets to know her clients and gives them exactly what they ask for. She was always able to work within my budget. I'll never go anywhere else!!

Michelle is amazing!

Michelle helped us book our trip to Universal Studios and Disney. She quickly responded to any texts and calls I had and would always find the answers I needed. Our trip was delayed two years because of Covid and Michelle was so patient as we cancelled, booked, and rebooked several times. When we got to the hotel in Orlando, there was an issue with our booking and Michelle went above and beyond to call the manager. As a result, the hotel generously compensated us for their mistake and she took all the stress away. I would absolutely recommend Michelle to anyone for their traveling needs!

Is definitely a great resource to have to help plan your vacations. You tell her what your looking for and she pretty much does all the work for you, which is great! Also is nice having her on your side because she is always up to date on all what is happening or is “new” and coming down the pike as well as if any discounts become available.

Best Family Vacation Ever!!

We had been to Disney several times prior to working with Michelle. Wow! What a difference. I had no idea what I didn't know. A free expert!! Michelle made the most of our time visiting Disney. She took so much time with me planning our vacation. What kind of food do we like?? Was a meal plan appropriate for our needs?? Made our reservations. Room options comparing hotels. Asking about each of my family members' interests and made sure we had hard to get fast passes. She knew the layout of the parks so we weren't running all over trying to get to the next thing. We never felt rushed and had plenty of down time while doing every single thing we wanted to do!! I would never plan another trip without Michelle.

Michelle was AMAZING. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. She told us when to book our trip to get the best deal and availability and she even adjusted our trip total when another deal came up. She sent reminder emails and texts to remind me about when I was supposed to start booking our dining experiences. She answered every question we had. She was so helpful and friendly. Michelle was great to work with on my last 2 trips. She provided quotes quickly and was able to give recommendations and alter details for us when we needed changes. She has vast knowledge of all the parks and gave us Disney veterans some great tips. During our last trip we were traveling with a large group and Michelle offered to do everyone’s dining reservations even though not everyone booked through her. I am already looking forward to booking our next trip with Michelle and taking advantage of her expertise.
