Group Travel Made Easy
I've enjoyed selling travel as an agent and now a travel agency owner/partner for the past 15 years. Frankly, I live vicariously through my clients by planning their vacations. Being in this industry has afforded me the opportunity to travel to destinations which are exotic and practical, land tours - such as to Ireland and cruises in the Caribbean and up the lazy Mississippi River. I specialize in Group Travel - which is two or more. Planning a Thanksgiving cruise for a family was very rewarding. I work with my business partner planning the content for our radio talk show - Vacation Nation Radio (all we talk about is travel). Our River Cruise
American Queen Steamboat Holiday
Let me tell you of a wonderful experience I had on one of the river cruises my business partner and I took recently. This made a memorable impression on me and is why I wholeheartedly recommend this cruise line whenever possible. I love lime with my water. On this particular cruise I asked for it ONE time. For the rest of the cruise, lime was at my plate - no matter where I sat or who my waiter was. It is the little things that mean so much when you are vacationing! Attention to detail was the thing that impressed me most.

A Celebration
My daughter was graduating from nursing school and I wanted to do something special for her; she was following in her mother's footsteps. I needed some time to heal, too. We had recently lost my wife - her mother to cancer and both of us needed to rest. We had met Kathryn with TravelKatz at an event we attended and talked with her extensively about our situation. She was very sympathetic and understanding and suggested we needed some father/daughter bonding time as well as celebrating the life of our loved-one. My daughter and I came to the conclusion that we needed to go on a cruise. So Kathryn made all the arrangements and we had a wonderful time. The pictures we sent back to Kathryn proves that! My First Cruise
I was very uneasy about our vacation. You see, my husband had cruised before many times before we were married and he wanted to gift me a cruise vacation. So we called Kathryn with TravelKatz. We had heard about their travel agency through an event we had attended. She suggested we travel with Norwegian and that was not a mistake! We asked the others at our dinner table if they would recommend Norwegian or sail a different company and they all agreed that Norwegian was their cruise company of choice. Thank you, Kathryn for suggesting this cruise line; you knew just what we would like. We'll be using Kathryn and TravelKatz for our next cruise! Believe this? I want to go again!!
Island Hopping in Greece
I met Kathryn at a local chamber meeting and she told me of her travel agency. I remarked that I wanted to do something special for my daughter's graduation and could she help me decide where to go. I was grateful for the lengthy discussion because Kathryn took our information and suggested we go to Greece. My daughter wanted to go beach hopping, so we created a tour that would take us from one island to another in the beautiful Mediterranean. It was a vacation my daughter will not forget; full of wonderful memories. Thank you Kathryn - TravelKatz, for helping with this vacation. An Anniversary Date
I wanted to take my wife on an exciting anniversary "date", so decided to call Kathryn at TravelKatz to see if she had any ideas; she suggested Sandals. I booked a 5-day vacation without telling my wife, at first. It became more difficult to keep this secret. We arrived at Sandals Grand Bahamian and the week couldn't have been more beautiful. TravelKatz surprised us with a candle light dinner on the beach. They are the greatest and we will surely use them again to plan our vacations!
