I have lived in Hawaii, Alaska, and the Pacific Northwest most of my life and have cruised in all these incredible locations. I've hiked the mountains, sailed the seas with our own charter boat, and explored every corner of these beautiful destinations. 

In 1988, I stepped aboard one of the original love boats, the Island Princess, and was hooked on cruising.  I sailed from San Juan, Puerto Rico to the Eastern Caribbean and since then, have experienced multiple cruise lines and destinations.  My favorites are those where I can swim and snorkel, soak up the sunshine, and explore the wonders of nature.

Cruising has become my favorite mode of travel with the best of historical, cultural, and scenic wonders available.  It's thrilling to enjoy a relaxing, luxurious, onboard life, being pampered all the way, and have opportunities presented for memorable adventure and exploration at every port of call.

I am enthusiastic about cruising.  I love to share my adventures with others, and, in fact, I have published a tour guide (disguised as a romance novel) of the Big Island of Hawaii.  I have lived in three of the most spectacular regions of the United States and have traveled to Scandinavia, Russia, Europe, Greece, Greenland & Iceland, the British Isles, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean, as well as several transatlantic crossings. 

My husband and I share this enthusiasm and are doing business together as D & D Travel.  My greatest reward is helping others experience their dream vacations!
