Traveling is extremely important to me, and I’m always encouraging others to see the world. Many people have excuses as to why they can’t travel, but my number one goal is to show everyone that the world is always within reach!
One of my first vacations was in Turks and Caicos with my family. It was during a tough period in our lives due to the loss of my mother, but the trip helped us through it in innumerable ways. I instantly saw the power of traveling, and it’s been a focus of mine ever since.
I work hard to make each vacation truly unique for my clients, and I take care of all of the research to find great new offerings and interesting activities that cater to their interests. I book for all types of travelers and for any occasion, and I personalize everything so you can have a trip that’s unforgettable from day one!

Truly a magical place

Our trip to Couples Tower was truly great. We loved the resort for how low key and private it felt - not being connected to other properties. The service was spectacular and a plus - was all of the available water activities, delicious food and restaurants. We went off the resort once to the well-known Bluehole first thing in the morning and we were the only customers there! Afterwards, we took a trip up the scenic Fern Gully road which was extremely beautiful. We drove into downtown Ocho Rios and enjoyed some local food before heading back. We would definitely recommend this location to any of your clients. We really appreciate all of your effort in making this experience so easy and smooth. You were available even while we were on our trip in case we had any questions or needed anything. That is great customer service.

Wonderful Honeymoon

She even navigated several challenges with airlines changing flight times, and resorts closing. Heather was amazing - she was able to get us a very last minute reservation so we could vacation with friends. She arranged all of the details on Thursday for a Saturday departure. She continued to work on getting us seats on the direct charter flight, and was successful at this without us even asking her to do this. She arranged a private transfer to the resort for the 4 of us, checked in to make sure that everything was up to our expectations, and kept in contact all week. Will definitely use Heather again for travel arrangements when the need arises! The resort was amazing, would not hesitate to make a return trip there in the future was well.

Heather helped us plan our honeymoon, and we were blown away by how helpful and accommodating she was! We gave her such a vague idea of what we were looking for in a resort, and she almost immediately got back to us with a ton of amazing options. After that she helped us narrow it down and make the best decision for us. She helped us book excursions, she went out of her way to give us options for parking at the airport, she checked on us the morning we left and once we got to the resort, and she answered our call when we had a couple questions at the resort. I can’t imagine how stressful this trip would have been without Heather and Winsom Travel, but with them it was almost stress free. Perfectly Planned Anniversary Trip

We chose Heather for help planning our 5th Wedding Anniversary. We decided on Clearwater Beach Florida and it was a blast. Heather was SO amazing to work with. She was able to help us narrow down the type of resort that would best fit our desires. She was available by phone and text the entire trip for questions and suggestions. She was able to find us the best deal and managed to upgrade our room to premium! One million times over will use her services again for ALL vacations.

Heather puts her heart and soul into every vacation she helps plan. She takes the time to get to know your needs and wants (even the ones you didn't realized you wanted) and puts together an unforgettable vacation for you. Huge Help during Pandemic Travel

Heather was such a huge help planning our trip to Cancun. She helped us narrow down resort options and arrange all of our transportation needs. We originally were planning to go in 2020 but, of course, the pandemic changed those plans. Heather helped us rebook all of our plans and to navigate all of the Covid requirements when we were able to finally go in 2021. The resort she recommended to us was amazing and we had a fabulous time!
