Kevin did a great job in coordinating the land portion of our Mediterranean trip with our charter cruise out of Barcelona last August. Everything came off without a hitch; the round trip flights, the transfers, tours and our hotel accommodations. We had a fantastic time!

Kevin was always on top of my request immediately and got options back to me within an hour or two. He also followed up with reminders and checked in for feedback on the hotel, flight, tours, etc. I made 2 trips to conferences in L.A. over two years. I tried different options with hotels each time. I got back to him and said, "Nope, the first one was better and this is how I want to do it next time." It's like, he appreciates learning what kind of person you are so he can best fulfill your needs.
