Rivera Maya, Mexico.

We had awesome time in Iberostar Paraiso Grand in Rivera Maya, Mexico. I have been a travel agent since 1996. I have visited about 15 countries and stayed in quite a few hotels. Of course like anyone I love All- Inclusive hotels. I have stayed in Iberostar  hotel in different countries like Jamaica, Dominic Republic and Cancun-Rivera Mexico.

Out of all Iberostar Grand is the best. No wonder they nominated quite a few times the number one All Inclusive hotel in the world. Then again only All-Inclusive hotels option in Mexico and Caribbean only. The trip advisory rating is 5 star. The hotel is not anly 5 star also 5 Diamonds. There are only 5 hotel in Cancun is 5 Diamond. The hotel chain came from Spain. I had the privilege to have breakfast and dinner with the owner in Italian restaurant. Mater fact we just got back from Cancun and stayed in that hotel The service is impeachable from the time you arrive and leave. They have refrigerator full of drinks such as soda, ice tea, juice, beer, few small bottles of liquor, wine. Coffee maker with varieties of snacks. They riffle it every day.They clean the room twice a day and turn down service with a little note and mints. Not to mention the butler and concierge service. They will make the restaurant reservations. 

They have few restaurants such as: French/Gourmet, Italian, Seafood, Surf & Turf , Caribbean and Japanese show cooking. They also have desert and pastry cafe. Aong few lounges: Cigar and Vape( I love all the cigar selections), Piano lounge, Karaoke lounge, billiard room.  They have 2 hours nightly entertainment Vegas style including Circus Ole and at the end the night club all the drinks included. Don't forget the room service and unlimited Lobster you can eat. Don't forget the swim up bar. They have 5 bartenders very busy. Oh Spa ! one of the best to die for it. They do have quite pool even though it is adults only hotel. The main pool is salt water pool. I love to swim, I swam an hour everyday. The beach is fantastic. They also serve drinks on the beach. You can do water sports in sea. I guarantee it if you try once you are going to love it. You will be amazed with their architecture. All marble stair cases.
