Beautiful Lake Constance.

2019 was another great year of travel to Europe. I was selected to attend the German Travel Mart in Wiesbaden, where I met with more than 30 suppliers and tourism reps over 2 days. This was a great opportunity to make new partners on the ground in Germany. Prior to the event, I had the opportunity to visit Lake Starnberg, Lindau on Lake Constance and Stuttgart where we toured the fabulous Mercedes Museum. As always each trip to Germany includes time visiting new hotels and meeting with hotel reps with an eye to sharing new and exciting properties with clients. 

Over the summer, I explored new areas of Switzerland. Basing myself in Thun, near Interlaken, I did day trips to Lauterbrunnen, Mürren, Grindelwald, Lausanne (the Olympic Museum is a must-see) and Gruyères. The last few days were spent in the spectacular car-free town of Zermatt, home to the famous Matterhorn.
