Our last night at Magic Kingdom

Recently my family took a 10-day vacation to Florida, in which we enjoyed all six parks at Universal and Disney, then took a drive down to the Florida Keys for a surprise engagement AND wedding!!

We started off this amazing vacation with two nights at Loew's Royal Pacific Resort at Universal and one full day at Universal Parks. We used our FREE Universal Unlimited Express Passes that we received for staying at a Premier resort and used our Park to Park ticket to visit both parks all in one day. We focused on the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, and Seussland. We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday on this day, so we ended the day with sushi from Orchid Lounge at Royal Pacific.

The next morning, we packed up our things and headed over to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Our room was not ready this early, so we checked our luggage in with bell services and took the monorail over to EPCOT. We spent our days park hopping, eating, meeting characters, swimming, and enjoyed a night at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. We loved the location of the Grand Floridian and how easy it was to get to all of the parks.

For the last leg of our trip, we rented a car and drove down to Key Largo, where my brother surprised his girl with an engagement on a sail boat, then a wedding ceremony on the beach. She was completely in shock that all of their family and friends were able to be there for the surprise! Our accommodations and the event both were located at Playa Largo Resort & Spa. This resort is beautiful and has many activities for all ages. My son was in heaven with the fishing and all of the kids enjoyed catching starfish and seeing other sea life in the bay. We even had a nurse shark and some manatees swimming around the resort.
