My Family & I at Mt Rainier National Park

In the summer of 2023, my family and I embarked on a delightful journey to explore the captivating landscapes of the Pacific Northwest. Our adventure unfolded with mesmerizing moments, such as witnessing fishermen launch their bountiful catches at Pike Place Fish Market in the vibrant city of Seattle, Washington. We embraced the thrill of hiking amidst the majestic beauty of Mount Rainier and indulged in the scenic wonders of the Olympic Peninsula. While my children have traversed numerous destinations within the United States, this expedition marked their inaugural international experience as we crossed the border into Victoria, Canada, situated on the enchanting Vancouver Island. Victoria proved to be a gem—a picturesque haven adorned with stunning gardens, charming shops, delectable local cuisines, and seaside delights. The boat ride between Washington and Victoria added an extra layer of excitement, featuring numerous enchanting whale sightings that made the journey truly unforgettable. If you haven't visited the Pacific Northwest or Victoria yet, I wholeheartedly recommend it for its unique blend of charm, beauty, and coastal allure.
