Pasta Making in Tuscany
Cooking experiences are always my favorite components of my travels. Cooking classes and learning from experts in the region and then enjoying the fruits of your labor is just such a special way to truly immerse yourself in the culture of wherever you are visiting.
When we spent time in Florence, we had the opportunity to visit an agritourism farm in Tuscany! We toured the organic farm, taste-tested olives from the fields, had an amazing wine tasting of their vast variety of chiantis grown on the property, then learned to make hand-made ravioli and fettuccine from an authentic Nona in the kitchen. We then ate our amazing meal with fast friends we made throughout the day. It is truly an experience I will cherish forever and I've even brought my skillset back home and made the same recipe we made in Tuscany back home.
Ask me how you can experience a similar cooking class and winery visit when you plan your Italian vacation with me!
