We took our son to Walt Disney World for the first time in 2017 when our son was 3. The trip was truly magical and seeing the wonder in our little boys eyes is something my husband and I will never forget. 

Animal Kingdom was the park our son was most looking forward to because it had animals and Banshees. We happened to get there early enough for rope drop and were waiting in Africa. We promised we would go see giraffes because they are our sons favorite. It was raining but we did our best to make the most of it and have a good time (there was puddle jumping while we waited). While playing around, we were approached by a cast member and asked if we were a nice family. We all answered "We are sometimes!" and got a good laugh. The cast member said that she wanted us to be the first family and escorted us through the rope and to Kilimanjaro Safari. We were given a private ride with our own guide. Our little boy is 8 now and still remembers this experience.
