Holidays are Extra Magical in Walt Disney World
I love Walt Disney World at any time of the year, but the holidays are extra magical! All of the parks and resorts come to life with seasonal decorations and activities.
If you plan it right, you can experience the transition from Halloween to Christmas, which magically happens practically overnight. On October 31st you are watching the Headless Horseman trot down Main Street U.S.A. leading off the Boo to You Parade and by November 2nd it's snowing on Main Street and Santa is ready to pose for pics!
Gingerbread houses and Christmas trees adorn every resort lobby. Many attractions take on an extra special holiday theme - from the Haunted Mansion becoming a little spookier at Halloween to the Jungle Cruise transforming to the Jingle Cruise come early November.
The International Festival of Holidays is in full swing in Epcot and the holiday themed snacks are hard to pass by! It's a great way to enjoy the holidays!
