One of the best things about travel is the opportunity to try different foods and beverages in my chosen destination. In Sint Maarten a few of my favorite local dishes and drinks are Johnny cakes, cod fish fritters, St. Maarten spareribs, locri and guavaberry colada. Locri is a chicken, rice and vegetable dish that is a traditional Sint Maarten dish, which is shown in my picture. This is one tasty dish!
