One of my favorite resorts in Playa del Carmen, Mexico is located on a beautiful stretch of a white sand beach with the turquoise waters calling out to take a dip. This family-friendly resort is all-inclusive and offers an adults-only section for those who want a little more solitude & relaxation.

There are several dining options to choose from, and the Japanese restaurant is one of my favorites. There is nightly entertainment, and many included activities for all to enjoy.

There is a natural cenote on-site, you can take a boat ride through the mangroves, and make new friends with the local wildlife that you will see throughout the resort.

For the younger travelers (and those young at heart) there is a wonderful water park to slip and slide your days away.
