Authentic Polynesian Meal in Bora Bora
I will never forget my vacation to Bora Bora. Apart from the beautiful aqua blue waters and amazing overwater bungalows, the food in the French Polynesia was a pure delight. My favorites were the Poisson Cru (raw tuna marinated in lime juice and coconut milk, mixed with diced vegetables) and the Po'e (sweet, creamy pudding made of taro flavored with banana, vanilla, papaya and topped with coconut milk sauce).
