THE ELUSIVE LEOPARD 

Leopards are one of the Big Five that safari goers want to see on a game drive. They are also one of the Big Cats, second to the lion.  The leopard is the most elusive and hardest to spot as it’s a master of camouflage and stealth.  They will often be found lurking in thick under bush, while stalking their prey or up in a high tree guarding their kill or looking for their next prey.  A leopards coloring resembles the wild grass and trees, allowing them to blend into their environment.  They rely on camouflage to catch their prey.  Often what catches your attention is the tip of their tail.  Spotting a leopard in the bush is not common and when it happens, it is one of those moments you will never forget.
