Sailing Disney Cruise line
If you've ever been to a Disney theme park then you understand the Disney difference. It's the care and quality of the brand. This care and quality carries over to the Disney Cruise Line.
My family experienced our first Disney cruise way back in 2002 on the Disney Magic as Florida residents. At that time there were only two ships - the Magic and the Wonder. It was our first cruise ever and it's been said that one tends to imprint on the cruise line they sailed first. It's not always the case, but for us it was accurate. We compare every other cruise we've taken with Disney Cruise line. There are pros and cons to every cruise line.
Since 2002 we've sailed with Disney on the Magic (again), the Fantasy and her sister ship the Dream. Some of the things we love about Disney Cruise Line is the rotational dining, the quality of the rooms (split bathrooms), the unlimited non alcoholic beverages, the friendliness of the staff, the kids' clubs, and the Aquaduck is fun for the whole family. We like that there isn't a casino on board the ships and we do not worry about our children seeing inappropriate entertainment. One thing we love best about Disney Cruise Line is the double Castaway Cay sailings. Because our kids are much older we get to partake of the Adult Only Serenity Bay section on the island.
The themed cruises, such as the Marvel Day at Sea is loads of fun with the characters, specialty items in dining, and movies. If you love the Disney characters then the lines are shorter to see them on the ship rather than at the theme parks.
Come sail with Disney Cruise Line and experience for yourself the care and quality of a premium cruise line.
