Sandals Royal Curacao

Hi,  Just got home from Sandals Royal Curacao and loved it.

Where are my pool lovers- this is the resort for you- 2 level infinity pool steps from the Caribbean sea at Sandals Royal Curacao.  It is amazing- you feel like you're in the sea with the clear sides.  They often have a DJ there and sometimes games.  There's an attached swim up bar at this all-inclusive resort.

Don't worry if you prefer a tranquil environment- there are more pools including the 'quiet pool' which is so serene.

The beach at Sandals Royal Curacao is broken in 2.  The beach isn't huge like at some other resorts but I liked it because it is private so no one is trying to sell you stuff while you're relaxing.  I think they need shade over on the beach side.  The other part of the beach they made a protective barrier and it is a beautiful swimming lagoon with float that can fit 4 people, kayaks (try the clear one so you see the colorful fish), stand up paddleboards in the lagoon area which makes it easy to use them. 

They also have hobie cats (like small sailboats) and snorkeling and scuba trips where they take you to a reef and it is included.  Scuba you must be certified or you need to take a class. 

Food- with 13 dining options there's something for everyone. Butch's steakhouse was my favorite.  There's also Mediterranean, Asian (cook on hot plates for a fun night), sushi, seafood, casual dining on the beach and even food trucks. Don't forget to stop by Kaanal for sweet treats, crepes and specialty smoothies and coffees.
