Group Cruises and All-Inclusive vacations
Group cruises and all-inclusive land vacations are two of my specialties. I have been booking groups since 1996. Group cruises are 8 cabins or more. I have done group cruises of all sizes, with the largest being the bead cruise, which sails once a year. This group consistently entails of 80-100+ people. In addition to getting group pricing on the cruise, I also book the conference rooms, cocktail party, DJ and group shore excursions for the group. We also always have a group hotel for people to stay at for 1-3 nights before the cruise sails and 1-2 nights after. I also arrange for group transportation to take those who stayed at the group hotel to the cruise port on the morning of the cruise. Airfare can also be added to an individual booking through the cruise line. While groups demand a lot of time and experience in making sure everything goes well, it is one of my absolute favorite things to book. I love seeing and hearing the excitement of the guests as they book their cruise, get ready to sail and then go on the actual cruise. It is a truly rewarding experience for me to witness the excitement of the group both before and after the cruise.
All-inclusive land group size varies depending on the property. Some groups opt to just do the air and land with their group. Others like to include tours. Whatever your needs and desires are, I would love to help you.

In order to make sure group pricing is available for a group on the date you would like to sail or travel, it is best to book at least a year in advance. Group space availability is limited, so the sooner you book, the better.
