at the winery

We love wineries and we love being on the water. In Barcelona, we boarded a sailboat in Barceloneta and sailed north for an just over an hour before boarding a van to take us up a hill to a small winery. There we toured the vineyards on a hillside with the Med on the other side of the hill, and a small town on the other side of the hill.

We sat under a tree sampling the wines including cava while eating local salamis and cheeses and learning how to eat Catalonian style.
